I felt so happy tonight, because it's my first time to get so much ecouragement after my graduation. Everyone tried their best to help you, to take care of you and to praise you, made me felt extremely flattered.

Especially thanks to Jeff, CK, Tessa, Liu Bing, Lydia, Matt, Cathy.Y and all the people helped me in this process. I'm so lucky to have you, to have so many people take care of ...

 

- Jeff is the first one who helped me to know how to hit the road by sending me the ICE Breaker guide, which let me know the game rule and many tips to become a good ICE Breaker. I got to know from his email, he is also a guy from GE. And, to my surprise, he knew my best friend Oliver.Y and Elena.G. The world is too small...

 

- CK also forward me the material for newcomers and sent me a short massege for reminding, very carefully and nice. He would be a good husband or father I think. If there is enough time, I wanna learnt how to manage an own biz from CK, he is expertised in it.

 

- Tessa told me many tips on how to make andiences to remember you and who is my mentor. I'm so lucky to have Tessa as my speech evaluator, she made a very wonderful feedback to me and listed all my shining points and some improvement. I like her pronouncation, she is one of the model I'm going to benchmark.

 

- Liu Bing, my mentor, he called me to help me for preparing the speech and asked for my preparation stage, his suggestion gave me a lot of critical points to make a wonderful presentation, I just have to prepare for this speech even I have no time in this busiest week, or I will feel guilty if the speech would not be prepared very well.

 

- Lydia, another nice lady, I was impressed by her fluent presentation skill in last meeting, and she send sm to me for cellecting the speech topic on Monday. I replied and received her msg said I'm responsive. Except surprice, what should I say? Why the people here so nice and so care about others? In fact, I had a little looked down upon the leadership development which TM indicated to do, but during the spceech preparation, I can find all the people they have the same leadership. You can not help yourself to love them, they are really really worth too love. 

 

- Matt's table topic impressed me so much, I never heard such a humor speech, he only used a simple chart and some simple word, but delivered a very interesting presentation and made all the people got a lot of fun. I have to thanks for his serious and conscientiou on evaluation, even he was not a evaluator. He was the first one sent me the evaluation scrip and the first one who came to me to ecourage me. I could feel how much he want to help others to improve and get better performance unreservedly.

 

- Cathy.Y more like a little sister and ambivalent in my eyes. She was shy sometimes but positive at other times. She chosed a very obscure topic about how to save money in current situation. Actually, it's a very difficult topic per my understanding, I'm not sure if I can explain it in Chinese, but Cathy.Y did. Nice Job, Cathy! I always learnt brave and continuously to make progress from Cathy.

 

Also, other fellows gave me pretty of recognization for the speech, I really felt the warm from a friendly family. And this excited feeling really shock my heart. I even forgot how to ecourage others as today they treated me. Maybe it's time to pick up what I have lost in the realistic life.

 

Although the speech is not perfect, it's the first time I stand on TM's stage, and the most important is I tried to share the individual things to others. I never did sharing like this before. It's a best practice that taught me a way to make friend with others, just let them know that you are willing to share your personal feeling and experience with them. I really thanks for all the people and TM club, I had learnt a very useful lesson in my first prepared speech.

 

A little regret is, someone didn't come tonight, hope to see next time.
